Appointment Preparation
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your service. Complete your Medical History and Consent forms prior to arrival. Do your best to not bring young children with you to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy/No Show Fee
Reserved appointments require at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. No showing or last minute rescheduling appointments is not acceptable.
This will result in $100 late cancellation/no show fee for all aesthetic procedure appointments. Vitamin shot appointments will be charged $50.
Consultation Costs Explained
Consultations are allocated a $100 fee for our time. The full amount of the consultation will be deducted from services provided if used within 3 months of the consultation. If not used within 3 months that money is non-refundable.
